Design and construction of 3 new warehouses in North Killingholme. Works included structural foundations, structural steel and cladding to an area of approximately 13,000m², installation of all electrical services along with concrete planks to partition the units off.

External and internal drainage system works, with a concrete paved roadways around the new building were also carried out.
