The construction of a steel framed and composite cladded building with sections of facing brickwork and glazing systems.

The building includes offices, welfare facilities, storage and public retail areas. Externally the site was paved for access to the building and a new entrance formed onto the highway.

Paved areas included car parking, storage areas and a surface water drainage system provided.

Planning conditions required the building to meet a BREEAM rating of very good.
