The project involved the demolition and removal of various remaining buildings and structures on site.

The construction of four blocks of new, steel framed light industrial units, together with associated infrastructure works, including new drainage, S278 works new access roads and new landscaping. There is 22 units in total and were constructed to shell stage only, ready for bespoke fitting out by tenants.
