The project involved the construction of a new warehouse facility 3800m², and 5no light industrial units within 400m² area, together with service yard 1200m² on the land North West of Shepley Industrial Estate in Audenshaw.  This included associated external works and landscaping.

 The proposal split the site into two areas. Howarth Timber Engineered Solutions Ltd adopted the South side portion of the site as their primary facility, alongside the proposed building they would have external raw material storage areas, finished product storage areas, parking for 38 vehicles and an HGV loading/unload area.

 To the North and West of the site a second building provided 5 no rentable units, ideal for light industrial, storage and distribution with associated loading, parking and administration areas.
