A major redevelopment of quayside site to provide two warehouses (5000m²) and  foundations for 15000 tonne storage silos, materials handling plant and tanker loading facility.

The warehouses included CFA piled foundations, portal span building with composite cladding and LED lighting throughout.

Silo construction included driven piled foundations, reinforced concrete foundations to support steel storage silos. Further piled foundations will be provided for tanker loading silos, material elevators and conveyors to link silo facility to a Vigan ship unloader.

The contract also included external works, drainage, fencing and weighbridges.
