The project involves the design and construction of a 9000m2 (150meter x 60 meter) clear span portal bulk store with 5 meter high reinforced concrete retaining walls.

The foundations and floor slab are fully piled and the building envelope includes an insulated roof to reduce the risk of condensation. External works include new access arrangements, reinforced concrete access roads and associated drainage systems.
